Immediately after placing an online order, I received a call from an extraordinarily pleasant woman who informed me that they didn't have all of the flowers needed for the arrangement I had chosen. She then explained what other options there were, and quickly had a plan for a new arrangement. She also then informed me she would be dropping the flowers off herself while picking up a family member in the evening (after business hours!!), as i had requested as late a delivery time as possible. I was HIGHLY impressed!! It is hard enough being over 1000 miles away on a day like Mother's Day and having to worry about a flower delivery can certainly add to the stress. Absolutely fantastic. I required a basket of fruit, balloons and misc 'stuff' for the next day (Saturday...my mom's 91'st birthday) and was unable to get anything done by FTD or others. Even though they were already closed when I called on Saturday evening, they "Saved my Mom's Birthday" and will deliver after church. Now That is Fantastic. I can never repay them. Rick Haun
